Salary and Benefits


This Housekeeping Associate role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, pro rata for part-time and sessional hours, plus excellent benefits including paid annual leave, an excellent pension scheme, and opportunities for career progression.



About the Role


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our Facilities Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service across our estate, ensuring our properties are safe and clean places to work or learn.



Main Responsibilities



  • To empty litter and recycling bins on a regular basis.
  • To clean all surfaces, internal glass, floors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings within a group of buildings.
  • To clean all sanitary areas, toilets, showers, and replenish washroom consumables.
  • To perform emergency and reactive cleaning tasks as required, such as removing graffiti, body fluid spillages, or accidental spillages.
  • To care for and maintain all equipment used in carrying out these duties.
  • To support cleaning tasks across other buildings as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
