Job Description

We're seeking a talented Game Systems Engineer to join our Design/Scripting team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing script frameworks and coding gameplay systems, working closely with our design team to bring our games to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement systems that form the backbone of our game framework.
  • Collaborate with our design team to define the structure and flow of data across multiple data-driven systems and domains.
  • Work with our code team to shape the C++/C# interface and ensure seamless integration.
  • Identify and resolve memory and performance issues to ensure a smooth gaming experience.
  • Help establish code standards, work processes, and maintain overall code quality.
Requirements
  • Software architecture/programming-related degree is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with C# and scripting in C#.
  • Knowledge of language principles and architectural patterns.
  • Experience with large-scale refactors and complex data-driven systems.
  • Ability to define clear requirements for solving software engineering problems.
  • Ability to write clean and robust code that serves as an example for others.
  • Passion for game development and software architecture.
Desirable Skills
  • At least one shipped title.
  • Demonstrable experience working on large-scale software projects.
