About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at HMP Pentonville. As a Locum Prison Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with mental health needs within a prison setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health assessments and treatment plans for patients
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Relevant nursing qualification and active NMC Registration (Mental Health)
- Experience working in a prison or secure setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
