We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at Howden Insurance Brokers Ltd. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial schemes team with a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Chase no claims bonuses and ensure accurate records are kept up to date.
- Assist in handling and directing incoming calls and emails to ensure timely responses.
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Follow up on outstanding requirements from client questions and ensure they are actioned by an appropriate team member.
- Manage the daily post and distribute it to the correct people within the business.
- Perform ad hoc work as and when requested.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in an administration position.
- A school/college/university leaver looking to start a career in insurance.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
- A career that you define.
