GP Opportunity in a Friendly Urban Practice

We are seeking a Salaried General Practitioner to join our democratic and friendly team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Our practice provides care to a urban population of 10,610, with a streamlined workflow supported by a pharmacy hub team, PCN pharmacist, and dedicated workflow personnel.

As a GP in our practice, you will have minimal administrative burdens, with just 1 home visit most days, as the majority of patients live nearby. We foster service development, offering minor surgery, IUD and implant fitting, and monthly clinical support from a local psychiatrist. Additionally, patients benefit from free therapy provided by trainee-led psychotherapy clinics.

Key Information:

  • 7 Sessions per week
  • Flexible working pattern
  • Full time or Part time
  • Open for clinical role with professional or personal commitments
  • Sessions are shared on a rota basis
  • Excellent admin and management team allows GP to focus on clinical work
  • Advanced Educational opportunities and Mandatory Training and appraisal
