Exciting Opportunity in Professional Liability Underwriting

Aston Charles Ltd is seeking a talented Underwriter to join its highly successful Professional Liability Team. As a world-leader in its chosen markets, the company operates in over 20 countries and arranges insurance for fascinating risks.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of Professional and Management cases, and wider financial lines risks, including Cyber and Technology insurance. You'll be dealing with large and complex renewal cases, collaborating with the Claims Team, and developing excellent working relationships with the Technical Department and the wider business.

Key responsibilities include underwriting, providing excellent service to brokers, prioritizing renewals and mid-term adjustments, and ensuring deadlines are met. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc projects and make a real difference.

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience within the Financial Lines underwriting arena, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing self-development. The company is passionate about developing its staff, and this role has the potential to progress into various areas, including General Management, Technical, Compliance, Sales, and more.
