Senior Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly experienced business person to join our team as a Regional Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Advisors, potential partners, and clients. Your primary focus will be on business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service. If you have a proven track record of scaling businesses and have experience as a Consultant or Board Advisor, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Build and manage a team of Advisors and clients
- Drive sales and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the business
Requirements:
- Proven track record of scaling businesses
- Experience as a Consultant or Board Advisor
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Ability to build and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
