We are seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team in Bushey.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop Curriculum: Design and deliver engaging Politics lessons to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.
  2. Mentor and Support: Encourage students to develop their critical thinking skills and foster a love for Politics.
  3. Evaluate Student Progress: Regularly assess students' work and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
  4. Collaborate with Staff: Work effectively with other teachers and staff members to achieve the school's goals.
  5. Uphold School Values: Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the well-being of all students.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification.
  2. Previous experience teaching Politics to KS4 and KS5 students is highly desirable.
  3. A deep understanding of the UK Politics curriculum.
  4. An enhanced child workforce DBS registration or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
