Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our G.R.P. (Glass Reinforced Plastic) production department. As a General Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety awareness and adherence to Company policy
  • Working to manufacturing targets and attaining standard quality levels
  • Maintaining an orderly and safe working environment
  • Flexible approach to daily tasks and good communication skills
  • Respectful to other team members and highly motivated individual
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative

Requirements:

  • GRP manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
  • General manufacturing experience and ability to work as part of a team
  • Use of machinery and ability to work on own initiative
