Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our G.R.P. (Glass Reinforced Plastic) production department. As a General Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety awareness and adherence to Company policy
- Working to manufacturing targets and attaining standard quality levels
- Maintaining an orderly and safe working environment
- Flexible approach to daily tasks and good communication skills
- Respectful to other team members and highly motivated individual
- Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
Requirements:
- GRP manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
- General manufacturing experience and ability to work as part of a team
- Use of machinery and ability to work on own initiative
