Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare and Education Director to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and carers to deliver high-quality education and care to young people.

About the Role

The Childcare and Education Director will be responsible for:

• Leading the education and care team to ensure that all aspects of education and care are delivered to the highest standard.
• Developing and implementing educational programs and activities to meet the needs of young people.
• Working closely with the management team to ensure that the home operates efficiently and effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by the company.

Salary and Benefits

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• A Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or be prepared to work towards it
• A wide range of experience as a childcare practitioner, having managed teams within a residential setting
• A full driving licence
