The Foundry - Original is looking for a Senior Sustainability Communications Director and Associate Leader to join its rapidly growing Climate Practice. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the team's success, working closely with visionary clients across various technologies and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans that align with client business goals and values.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, from media and political communications to social media and digital.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, leveraging expertise in corporate affairs and net zero transition space.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position within the agency, reporting directly to the leadership team. As a Director and Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the practice's growth and direction. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sustainability and climate change issues, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

What We Offer:
