About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a leading provider of recruitment services, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients and candidates.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They will work closely with our clients to understand their maintenance needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with clients to understand their maintenance needs and develop effective solutions
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or defects
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized engineering qualification
  • Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including PLC knowledge
  • Ability to work a 4on 4off days and nights shift pattern
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
