Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be supporting a key client of ours, a Global Professional services organisation, on the recruitment of a Senior Employee Relations Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in an organisation that values its people and has put effort into producing a positive culture.
Reporting into the ER lead, you will be responsible for a team of around 12 ER specialists of varying levels and have direct management of 4 ER Managers.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all Employee Relations activities, from effective complex case management to implementing and updating policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in a specialised ER role, have experience in managing a team of varying levels, and be used to working in a fast-paced global complex matrix organisation.
You will have/need:
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations
- Proven ability to line manage a large team of varying levels
- Ability to liaise and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Experience of dealing with Complex ER cases at all levels
- Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Experience in a fast-paced global complex matrix organisation
- Ideally from the professional services sector
- CIPD Qualified
This organisation offers an agile working pattern, with an average of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. However, you will be expected to manage your time accordingly and attend the office as and when needed.
The salary on offer is up to £85,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
