Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled engineer to fill the position of a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £39,000 per annum, plus paid overtime or TOIL, benefits, and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, making recommendations for repair or replacement as necessary.
• Liaise with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the business.
Work Schedule:
The role will be based on double days, Monday to Friday, with a flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the business.
Location:
The successful candidate will be required to commute from a range of locations, including Kendal, Shap, Penrith, and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
• A strong background in maintenance and repair, with a focus on equipment and machinery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, with a willingness to work overtime as necessary.
