Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Student Experience Officer. This role involves coordinating events, managing relationships with student societies, and contributing to the development of the university's student experience strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events, including logistics, marketing, and evaluation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with student societies, clubs, and associations, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of the university's student experience strategy, working closely with colleagues across the institution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant administrative experience in an educational setting, with a strong understanding of the student lifecycle.
  • Excellent event management skills, including budgeting, marketing, and logistics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and professionally with students, staff, and external partners.
Working Arrangements

This temporary full-time position offers a hybrid working structure, with a minimum of two days spent on campus and three days worked from home. There may be some evening work required to support events.

Estimated Salary

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
