Commercial Landscape Maintenance Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Grounds Maintenance team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of operatives who will deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services to a range of clients across the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of operatives to ensure high-quality grounds maintenance services are delivered to clients.
- Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Provide on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.
Requirements:
- Physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Full valid UK Driving License with less than 6 penalty points.
- Willingness to learn and be open to training.
- Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
- 28 days paid holiday (Pro Rata).
