Our approach focuses on seeing care from the residents' perspective, enabling them to access the choices and rights they deserve and promoting independence within an inclusive community.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Level 5 NVQ or working towards it, who is confident in managing a team and has experience in completing audits, staff supervision, and HR processes. The ideal candidate will also be a car driver and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality care services
- Complete audits, staff supervision, and HR processes
- Develop and implement strategies to promote independence and choice for residents
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to achieve business objectives
