Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Brandon James Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work on a variety of prestigious projects within the education sector, including private and public institutions, as well as universities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of projects, including roof replacements, internal alterations, and build design work.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting site visits and surveys to identify defects and recommend repairs
- Preparing and submitting reports and proposals to clients
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and databases of project information
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Proven experience in the education sector or a related field
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of building regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
