About the Role

We are looking for an Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving growth and maximising customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop tools and strategies to ensure clients can recognise the value they receive.
  • Manage supplier escalations efficiently, guaranteeing seamless resolution.
  • Create and oversee budgets for client accounts, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Maintain action plans and deliver reports to senior managers, providing valuable insights into client performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B Customer Success/ Service Delivery environment.
  • Proven track record in face-to-face client meetings and delivering presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. A driving license is essential for this position, as regular travel to clients is required.
