Lead Nursery Teacher - Exceptional Opportunity

The Children's Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Early Years Educator to lead our nursery team in Grantham.

About the Leadership Role:

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and education services to children aged 0-4 years old, driving excellence in our services.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to achieve our goals, promote staff development, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Mentor and support early years practitioners, promoting best practices and sharing knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of engaging educational programs, aligning with individual development plans and interests.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A strong background in Early Years education, with significant experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• A valid Level 3 Diploma for The Early Years Workforce is essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role.
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional results and promoting staff development.

Remuneration: £11.80 per hour.

Location: The Children's Services, Grantham.

Contract Type: 37 hours/week, fixed-term contract with potential for permanence.
