Job Summary

Healthcare Assistant | Full Time | Permanent | Outpatients | Spire Montefiore

Spire Montefiore Hospital is seeking a skilled Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support, working closely with our experienced healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and support of patients, identifying and reporting any significant changes that may affect their health and well-being.
  • Assist with the movement of patients in accordance with hospital policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HCA in a hospital environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • NVQ Level 3 is a minimum requirement.
  • Experience in ECGs, Phlebotomy, Blood Pressures, and Patient Observations is essential.
