Special Needs Education Support Specialist

**About the Role**
We are recruiting for a teaching assistant to work in one of our special needs schools located in Wandsworth.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with autism and physical disabilities, supporting their academic studies, communication skills, and cognitive stimulation through sensory integration.
As part of the role, you will be working 1:1 or leading small groups of learners, developing social and communication skills, and assessing pupils' levels and ability.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Ability to work 1:1 and in small groups
- Commitment to providing high-quality support
**What We Offer**
