Job Title: Structural Repair Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to play a pivotal role in our organization's success.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including a basic salary up to 49000 OTE (On Target Earnings), which reflects industry standards in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and communicate repair costs for complex vehicle damage, working closely with body shop staff to ensure seamless repairs.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Vehicle Damage Assessor or Bodyshop Estimator, with extensive knowledge of vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric competence.
  • Proven expertise in assessing and repairing various types of vehicle damage, including structural and cosmetic repairs, ensuring accurate and efficient assessments.
Work Schedule:
  • A standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm, providing stability and predictability.
