Job Summary: We're looking for an exceptional Teacher of Inclusive Early Years to join our team at Aspire People. This role requires a highly skilled educator who can design and deliver tailored SEN programs, foster strong relationships with families and colleagues, and create a supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of SEN students.
  • Maintain open communication channels with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure effective collaboration and support.
  • Establish a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Leverage a range of strategies and resources to support children's sensory, emotional, and educational needs.
  • Regularly assess and record child progress, using this information to inform instruction and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in SEN education.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • QTS or equivalent teaching certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an SEN or early years teaching role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEN strategies, particularly within an EYFS/Reception context.
  • An empathetic, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience. This is a full-time, permanent role.
