Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks related to residential maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out carpentry work, including fitting and repairing doors, windows, and other fixtures
  • Performing plastering tasks, including repairing and finishing walls and ceilings
  • Undertaking plumbing work, including installing and repairing pipes and fixtures
  • Installing and repairing tiles in bathrooms and kitchens
  • Carrying out painting and decorating work, including preparing surfaces and applying finishes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the residential sector
  • Strong skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, and painting and decorating
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
