About the Role: We are looking for an exceptional Counsellor to join our team, delivering high-quality mental health services to clients nationwide. As a Telephone Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with various mental health challenges.

Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Job Description: In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will utilise your expertise in Solution Focused Brief Therapy to guide clients towards improved mental well-being. You will work closely with colleagues, participating in case reviews and contributing to the development of best practice guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality counselling services to clients via video calls. Conduct regular case reviews to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed. Participate in staff training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements: Accreditation in a relevant therapeutic approach (e.g. CBT, EMDR). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.
