Job Overview
iMap Centre is an established support and education provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with autism. We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our brand new 4-bedded home in Winsford, focusing on delivering exceptional care and nurturing environments.

About the Role
This leadership position involves overseeing the effective operation of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents, and promoting their well-being. Key responsibilities include staff management, strategic planning, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in residential childcare management and be committed to upholding iMap Centre's principles and standards.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will require a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, accompanied by a minimum of 4 years' experience in supporting young people with autism/learning disabilities and at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial position under Ofsted.
