At Sonar, we're a team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping organizations build secure, high-quality code quickly and systematically. As an Automotive Technical Adviser, you'll play a crucial role in empowering developers and organizations worldwide to deliver better software.

Your Impact
  • Grow the adoption of Sonar solutions within Accounts and increase overall Account maturity.
  • Reduce the risk of Account churn or downgrade, and increase Account satisfaction and reduce escalations.
  • Increase the number of Sonar sponsors in the Account and establish Sonar as a Trusted Advisor.
  • Encourage Accounts to stay current on Active Sonar versions to maximize value.
  • Influence the Sonar roadmap to meet Account needs.
Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Actively listen to and formalize Account technical pain points or adoption inhibitors.
  • Support Sonar sponsors in the Account for promoting and evangelizing the Sonar ecosystem.
  • Keep Accounts informed about the roadmap and upcoming Sonar releases, and collect feedback.
  • Recruit customer development teams not using Sonar and 'upgrade' teams not using Sonar correctly.
  • Position the Sonar ecosystem favorably against competing products.
  • Ensure Account Sonar technical deployment and operations align with deployment size and criticality.
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews with Account Sales representatives.
  • Execute Sonar deployment audits, identify gaps, and drive remediation plans.
  • Contribute to Account Management plans with Sales Representatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on Account technical status, progress, threats, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in software development or DevOps engineering.
  • A can-do attitude, challenging the status quo, and autonomy to run activities with limited supervision.
