As a Care Assistant at Bluebird Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers. You will work independently, using your initiative and discretion to provide personal care duties, administer medication, and promote customer health and wellbeing.
We require a Care Assistant who is able to work every other weekend, has a full and valid UK driving license, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. You must also have an excellent level of English.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive an excellent rate of pay, starting at £12.50 per hour and increasing to £18.75 on bank holidays. You will also benefit from 45p mileage allowance, travel time at £12.00 per hour, and 28 days holiday pro rata. Additionally, you will receive a £200 bonus paid on completion of your probation period, full training induction, and ongoing support.
