Bar Staff Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff member to join our team at Young's Pubs. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that our guests have a positive experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our Premium range of food and drinks and be able to make recommendations to our guests
  • Meet and greet our guests, take orders and serve drinks and food in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Work flexibly and be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
