About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts and supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and growth
  • Training and mentoring new team members
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and service across the store
