About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Section Leader to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of colleagues and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist with training and development of colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Plan and coordinate shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet customer demand.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, enthusiastic, and has a strong desire to learn and develop new skills. As a Section Leader, you will be a role model for your team and will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a great shopping experience.
