About the Role: As a Director of Quality Control, you will be responsible for leading and managing the quality control function within our organization. Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and systems
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Providing training and support to staff on quality-related issues
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure their quality needs are met


Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, engineering, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or related role
  • Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
