About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at Trilogic Recruitment Ltd. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition to our services.
  • Develop and maintain deep, long-standing relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure plans are implemented and client goals are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and business opportunities for clients, working with our professional support network to deliver results.
  • Review financial information with clients, focusing on tax management and planning, as well as future growth opportunities.
  • Build robust forecasting models and challenge clients to use these models to drive business growth and development.
  • Continuously identify ways to enhance the service level we offer to clients, improving our overall value proposition.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager with a strong background in accounting and business advisory services. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Chartered status (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting client goals.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including:

We are based in Swindon, with the option for some remote working after a settling-in period. We require our Portfolio Manager to have their own transport, as well as be willing to travel to clients and participate in networking groups.
