Job Title: Childcare Lawyer

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Rate: £50-£55 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract Length: Ongoing

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own Childcare Law caseloads from start to completion, while also assisting colleagues as needed. This will involve delivering advocacy on less complex cases and providing support and training to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete Childcare Law caseloads independently
  • Deliver advocacy on less complex cases
  • Provide support and training to team members

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of PQE in Childcare Law
  • Experience working in a Local Authority on Childcare Law matters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with advocacy
