Job Title: Night Shift Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance on a retail estate located in Canary Wharf, East London.

Duties:

  • Electrical - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
  • Generators
  • Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
  • Emergency lighting
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Chillers - Re-set
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
  • UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

Hours of Work:

  • 4 nights on 4 Nights off
  • 19:00pm - 07:00am

Requirements:

  • Electrically Qualified
  • City & Guilds - Level 3
  • City & Guilds - 18th Edition
  • A proven track record in Building Maintenance working
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical
  • Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution
  • Traceable work History
