The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our award-winning luxury care home, Cavendish Park. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional resident care and inspire positivity in our residents and their families.
About You
We are looking for someone who is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and has a passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents. You will be a natural people person, able to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our team.
What We Are Looking For
We need someone who can work a minimum of hours per week, with flexibility to work Bank, Short, and Long Shifts. Our shifts are:
- 8am – 2pm
- 2pm – 8pm
- 8am – 8pm
The Day-to-Day
You will work closely with our residents, their families, and other carers to provide the highest standards of professional, person-centered care. You will be dedicated to creating a caring, safe, and welcoming environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident.
Your Experience
We are looking for someone with experience at a supervisory level, who is able to manage, motivate, and inspire their teams to achieve excellence every day. You will have a sound understanding of the NMC medication guidelines and be knowledgeable in both the theory and practice of medication management.
