We are seeking a Community Mental Health Consultant to join our team at the South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust. The estimated salary for this position is £**93,000 - £121,000 per annum**, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supporting the team in the coordination of community mental health services.

Main Duties of the Job
  1. Providing clinical leadership and supporting the team in the coordination of community mental health services
  2. Assisting teams in prioritizing resources given to individual patients
  3. Ensuring effective assessment, planning, and delivery of care

This role is ideal for an experienced Forensic Psychiatrist who is looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role. The trust offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

The successful candidate will have a primary medical degree, full GMC registration, and included on the GMC Specialist Register or eligible for such inclusion within 3 months of the interview. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as leadership and negotiation skills.
