Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and PR Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our global marketing strategy, developing and implementing media and PR plans, and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Media Strategy and Budget
    • Develop and implement media and PR strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Manage media budgets and track expenses.
    • Negotiate with media owners and agencies to secure optimal rates and placements.
    • Collaborate with the global PR team to achieve marketing goals.
  2. Brand Awareness
    • Develop and implement initiatives to raise brand awareness and image in the territory.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
    • Liaise with the global PR team to achieve marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and PR, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of media and PR strategies, including budget management and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools.
