Electrical Training Officer

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering professional with a passion for people development to join our team at Oakmoor Recruitment. As an Electrical Training Officer, you will be trained to provide high-quality training to young learners and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Electrical qualifications at a high-tech training facility.
- Train learners towards agreed qualifications in line with relevant awarding body standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Electrical Maintenance / Installation Industrial sector standards and best practices.
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in the Electrical Maintenance / Installation Industrial sector.
- Ability to work in a learning environment and develop people.
- Full UK driving license and use of own car.
