Role Overview

This role is part of our Driver Engagement Team, responsible for growing and maintaining our driver pool. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Driver Engagement Team to develop and implement strategies for driver growth and retention.
  • Conducting group screening sessions to evaluate prospective drivers and ensure they meet HIVED's standards and operational requirements.
  • Reviewing trial shifts and providing feedback on driver performance, booking successful candidates for induction sessions.
  • Riding along with trial shift drivers to assess their skills, safety awareness, and alignment with HIVED protocols in a real-world environment.
  • Overseeing the administrative aspects of the onboarding funnel, including tracking driver applications, coordinating trial shifts, and ensuring all required documentation is completed and compliant.
  • Delivering training sessions for new drivers, focusing on safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitoring and assessing driver performance through ongoing training and development initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across the driver pool.
