About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Imaging Services Manager to join our team at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical management to modalities across the Clinical Imaging Specialty.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Imaging Services Manager, you will be accountable for the efficient and effective clinical and operational management of the Radiography and Nursing workforce within the Specialty. You will lead by example, driving up standards of clinical care and ensuring the essential components of care are right for patients.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Diploma from the Royal College of Radiographers or a BSc in Radiography
* HCPC Registration
* Post Graduate Certificate in a relevant discipline
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Masters Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
* Teaching Qualification
* Management Qualification
