Lead Salesforce Solution Architect

The Currys Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Solution Architect to manage a team of solution architects and drive the technology roadmaps for our business-critical Omnichannel eCommerce solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as experience in API First spaces and Azure cloud hosting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement end-to-end Omnichannel eCommerce solutions that meet business needs and drive customer engagement.
  2. Lead a team of solution architects in designing solutions for strategic programs and nurture in-house architectural talent.
  3. Develop and maintain solution architecture documents that articulate business and IT requirements, including high-level design and detailed design.
  4. Ensure solution architectures align with target enterprise architecture, standards, and principles.
  5. Collaborate with implementation partners to evaluate business needs and identify technology solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Lead Solution Architect in an eCommerce environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud, with experience in API First spaces.
  3. Experience with Azure cloud hosting and integration platforms like MuleSoft.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in complex IT environments and fast-paced delivery.
  5. Full SDLC experience in Agile and Waterfall environments, with a focus on Agile methodology.
