Job Title: Multiskilled Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Home Group. As a Multiskilled Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing and inspection, electrical installation and repairs
  • Delivering high-quality and compliant work
  • Multiskilling to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes
  • Working in our properties across the North East

Requirements:
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent
  • Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations, electrical inspection and testing 2391 and AM2 or equivalent
  • Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing and inspection within housing
  • Fault finding experience and an excellent knowledge to ensure electrical faults are diagnosed and repaired effectively
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multiskilled)
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement
