Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy advanced trading algorithms using Java programming language
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Rates Traders, Researchers, and Technical Analysts, to design and implement trading strategies
- Analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to inform trading decisions
- Optimize algorithm performance, latency, and throughput to ensure seamless execution

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in algorithmic trading, with a focus on Java development
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
