We are seeking an experienced Entrepreneurship Support Manager to join our team at The Growth Company's Business Growth Hub in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and advice to entrepreneurs and small business owners across Greater Manchester.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on business growth and development. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their needs, and delivering tailored support to help them achieve their goals.

We are looking for someone with excellent sales and account management skills, as well as strong communication and presentation abilities. If you have a proven track record of managing business opportunities and challenges, we want to hear from you

About the Role
As an Entrepreneurship Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on business growth and development. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, assessing their needs, and delivering tailored support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on business growth and development.
* Identify and assess potential clients' business needs and growth potential.
* Deliver high-quality support and advice to entrepreneurs and small business owners.
* Develop and maintain a network of key people relevant to the business area.
* Link clients to additional services and sources of expertise best suited to deliver practical solutions and instil new knowledge.

About You
* Proven track record of managing business opportunities and challenges.
* Excellent sales and account management skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and oral.
* Strong networker, with an existing partnership base or exceptional skills to build a network.
* Excellent planning, organisational, administrative and project management skills.
* Well-developed IT skills, including an understanding of computerised management information systems, spreadsheets, diary management, e-mail, and CRM systems.

Salary
An estimated salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience.
