Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Line Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Line Chef, you'll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Training and Development: Participate in our Chef development programme, with the goal of becoming a Second/Sous Chef.
