Pre-Construction Manager

The People Pod is seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Manager to oversee the design and development of our residential projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review the design development process to ensure that it is aligned with our business objectives and meets the needs of our clients.
  • Coordinate with our design team to ensure that all design elements are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our design and construction processes.
  • Collaborate with our project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the success of our projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager in the residential development sector.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction design processes, standards, and regulations.
