We are currently recruiting for a Cultivations Specialist to join our team at Agrial Fresh Farms in Colchester. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our outdoor cropping team to ensure the successful cultivation of our crops.

Your key responsibilities will include operating and maintaining a range of agricultural equipment, including tractors and cultivators, as well as carrying out routine maintenance duties and reporting any faults or issues to the management team.

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and have previous experience driving large agricultural equipment. A Full Clean UK Driving Licence is also required.

In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including life assurance and an employee assistance programme.
