Job Title: Childcare Apprentice - Level 3
Job Summary:
We are seeking a punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice at Cygnet Nursery Oxford.
About the Role:
As a Childcare Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting and caring for children, guiding them through the curriculum, and supporting their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key worker duties, including settling, assisting, and caring for children
- Guiding children through the curriculum and encouraging their development
- Observations and planning learning journeys
- Personal care and preparing snacks
- Assisting at meal times
Requirements:
- Level 2 Early Years Childcare Qualification (desired)
- Good level of experience in a nursery environment
- GCSE's A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent
- Clear DBS
